The real estate transaction is complex- and navigating you through every step of the sale is my expertise. We will have an initial meeting with a needs analysis, then the following will occur;
• We will sign a listing agreement.
• Prepare your property for sale.
• Launch a “coming soon” campaign.
• Establish a competitive price.
• Officially list your property.
• Launch a “just listed” marketing campaign.
• Start showing your house and hold an open house!
Offers will be received and presented to you.
The following will take place;
• We will negotiate a contract to your approval and go under contract.
• I will facilitate the inspection process with you.
• We will negotiate any issues that arise.
• The appraisal will be done.
• We’ll coordinate and prepare for further inspections.
• The final walk through will happen within 24 hours of closing.
Finally, you will meet at the title company to Close!!!
